Day 1: Embracing the Now by Getting Present

  • We will identify current emotions with honesty in order to give ourselves permission to feel and extend grace or compassion where needed.

Day 2: Identify and Release Negative Conversations from the Ego

  • We will expose the negative conversations in our head and release what does not serve us.

Day 3: Creating Powerful Affirmations

  • We will turn negative beliefs into powerful affirmations that inspire you to take action.
