About the event
Day 1: Embracing the Now by Getting Present
- We will identify current emotions with honesty in order to give ourselves permission to feel and extend grace or compassion where needed.
Day 2: Identify and Release Negative Conversations from the Ego
- We will expose the negative conversations in our head and release what does not serve us.
Day 3: Creating Powerful Affirmations
- We will turn negative beliefs into powerful affirmations that inspire you to take action.
Day 4: Aligning with Mind, Body, & Spirit
We will create a plan to improve in areas of lack and move towards freedom.
We will be in the comfort of our homes so grab your journal, pen, comfortable gear, and favorite glass of wine! This workshop will provide the safe space necessary for you to be, YOU!
